About Carlos Hague

Carlos Hague has a solid background in the REO Asset Disposition in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 28 years. He has managed and sold hundreds of REO properties. He is talented in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing, and renovating if needed. 

Carlos and the CBREO Group pride themselves on always adhering diligently to the client’s objectives, lowering costs, and wisely minimizing the time from acquisition to disposition. Carlos has always exceeded Portfolio and Asset Managers' expectations throughout the years and has consistently been awarded the industry's highest performance ratings in the REO Asset Disposition industry. Carlos was a former United California Brokers (UCB) co-owner in Danville and Corporate REO Director for Fox & Carskadon, Inc. (1,200 agents) in the San Francisco Peninsula. As a General Partner, he has also participated in land development projects and successfully processed parcels from raw land to entitlement approvals in the San Francisco Bay Area.
